Automobile Complaint List released in April: Japanese Ma Zi reached the top of the list Geely followed

A few days ago, the domestic quality car product information collection platform car quality network released the April car complaint ranking and analysis report.

According to statistics, a total of 7,605 cases of effective complaint information were received from car owners in April, a decrease of 7.7% from the previous month and an increase of 8.4% from the same period last year. The effective complaint information received by the car quality network in April involved a total of 657 models, including 135 models with more than double-digit (inclusive) complaints.

In addition, the car quality network this month received a total of 8,665 replies from car companies in response to complaints (including some of the replies to complaints in March 2020). After removing the information that the complainant voluntarily applied to withdraw the complaint because of the proper settlement of the car company, the top 10 car series (models) in April 2020 are as follows:

Specifically, FAW Mazda Atz, the number of complaints in April soared several times compared with March, reaching 131 cases, ranking first in the complaint list in April. The reason for the complaint is that there is an abnormal noise in the B-pillar during the driving process.

The abnormal noise in the car, although it is a small problem, especially affects the driving experience in the car. FAW Mazda has not given a reply and a solution yet.

The Geely Xingyue model was followed by the second place. There were only 4 complaints last month, but it suddenly increased to 104 cases in April. The cause of the complaint was the failure of the car interconnection and audio-visual system. And this is not a new problem. Geely's many models including Boyue also have such problems.

The third and fourth places are also old faces. The SAIC Volkswagen LaVida and GAC Toyota Camry models were complained about defects in the car, abnormal tire noise, increased engine oil, oil leakage and other defects.

It is worth noting that Camry's complaints about increased motor oil and half-shaft oil leakage have fallen to 66 cases compared with 388 cases last month. Perhaps Toyota's hybrid models have more oil, and as the weather gets warmer, they will also decrease.

Overall, in April, the 2019 models were still the subject of complaints. Moreover, the increase in the number of complaints came from some self-owned brand models. While domestic cars are catching up with joint venture car companies, they must also check the quality. Only in this way can we survive in the increasingly fierce domestic auto market.
