Recently, BYD Electronics launched a notebook product with a Chinese red style body design, equipped with a Loongson 3A4000 processor, and also adapted to support several domestic operating systems. However, the price of the product has not been announced, and it is not clear when it will go on sale.

According to reports, BYD’s notebook body adopts self-developed PMH nano-injection patented technology, integrates China Red into the black body, is equipped with a 13.3-inch narrow bezel screen, and weighs 1.55kg. The keyboard keys are also designed with Chinese red numbers, and the area size of the touchpad is also very large.

In terms of configuration, the notebook is equipped with the Loongson 3A4000 chip, based on the core design of the new generation processor code-named GS464V, which has a performance improvement of 100% compared to the previous generation Loongson 3A3000. Internal integrated loophole prevention design, hardware national secret algorithm, secure trusted module and secure access control mechanism, etc. At the same time it is equipped with the domestic Jingjiawei JM7201 discrete graphics card, 8GB DDR4 memory and 256GB SSD hard drive.

The notebook body is equipped with two USB 3.0 ports, a Type-C port, HDMI, Audio ports, a four-speaker speaker system, built-in BYD's own 65Wh high-capacity battery, and 120W power DC power supply. The system is adapted to many different operating systems of Loongson OS, Kirin OS, UOS MIPS, in line with the usage habits of Chinese people.
