On November 12, news about the trial production of Evergrande Motor’s Shanghai and Guangzhou bases was recently posted on the Internet. According to the exposed video, thousands of robots in the base are orderly carrying out a series of processes such as grabbing parts and placing them on the line, positioning welding, and intelligent distribution, all with black technology.
It is reported that the two major bases are constructed in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards, and are equipped with a "car-making parade" composed of 2,545 robots, which can produce 1 car per minute after full production.
According to reports, Evergrande Motor's "Hengchi" series models are expected to begin mass production in the second half of next year. According to the plan, Evergrande Automobile will achieve an annual production capacity of approximately 1 million vehicles by 2025 and 5 million vehicles by 2035.
