Exynos 2100 details exposure: using super large core, first released by Samsung S21

According to convention, Samsung will release the new flagship Galaxy S21 series early next year. It is expected that Samsung will be equipped with Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100 processors in different markets.

Regarding the Exynos 2100 processor, recently, a well-known digital blogger @冰宇宙 broke the news that this processor uses the Cortex X1 super core. In general, Exynos 2100 is composed of Cortex X1 super large core + three Cortex A78 cores + four Cortex A55 cores, and is built based on a 5nm process.

In terms of specific performance, Exynos 2100 can run a single-core score of 1323, and a multi-core score of 4215. In contrast, the single-core score of Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 is 1204, while the multi-core score is 4121. It can be seen that the performance of Exynos 2100 is better. Of course, the actual performance depends on the experience to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages.

It is worth mentioning that Samsung may release the Exynos 2100 version of the Galaxy S21 series in the South Korean market next year (last year Samsung sold the Snapdragon 865 version of the Galaxy S20 in South Korea, and the European market is the Exynos version).
