On August 20th, Asus previously announced the annual flagship ZenFone 7 series, which will be released soon, including ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro. At present, the official has finally announced its configuration and parameters, let us take a look.
According to the official report, this ZenFone 7 will use a 6.4-inch FHD+ display, made of LCD, and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The panel will be provided by BOE. The use of an LCD screen means that on-screen fingerprint recognition cannot be used, so ASUS has not stated whether the fingerprint recognition function will be carried on the side or the back of the fuselage.
In terms of core configuration, ZenFone 7 is undoubtedly equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship processor based on previously released news, and the higher-end 7 Pro should use the Snapdragon 865+ processor. However, in the posters released by Asustek in the past few days, four circles appeared behind the word “7”. Netizens predicted whether it would imply that the machine might adopt a four-camera module rear lens configuration. Today, the official gave the answer, or it will continue the design of the previous generation flip lens, with three rear cameras, including a 64 million ultra-clear main camera (model Sony IMX686), 12 million ultra wide-angle (Sony IMX363) and TOF.
At present, the design of turning the rear camera into a front camera by flipping is still sought after by the majority of netizens, and the front is no longer open, and a true full screen form without bangs and no digging is realized. It is reported that this flagship will be officially released on the 26th of this month, so stay tuned.
