Recently, foreign media exposed a set of road test spy photos of the Porsche 911 Targa GTS model. This new car is being tested at the Nürburgring track and will be officially launched this fall or next spring.
From the appearance, we found that the new car did not adopt too much body camouflage. It can be seen that the shape of the radiator on both sides of the front bumper of the GTS version is slightly different from that of the normal version.
On the side of the car body, the new car still uses the classic Targa roll cage shape, and the rim adopts a double five-spoke design, but it may only be a test rim.
In the rear design, the Porsche 911 Targa GTS uses transparent through taillights, combined with the vertical waterfall design on the rear cabin cover, giving the new car a classic flavor.
The exhaust adopts a double-sided design with two small spoilers on both sides of the bumper to make the tail air flow smoother.
In terms of power, the Porsche 911 Targa GTS will continue to be equipped with a 3.0T turbocharged engine because it is positioned between Carrera and Turbo, and the GTS is a performance version. Therefore, the media speculates that its maximum power will be increased to about 480 horsepower, the maximum torque will also increase, and the new car will be equipped with a 7-speed PDK gearbox.
