Tesla's domestically produced Model 3 sold nearly 140,000 in 2020

Recently, the Federation of Passengers announced that the domestic sales of Tesla Model 3 in 2020 will be 23,804, which is an increase of nearly 10% compared with the 2,604 units in November, which is a new high since the model was delivered in China. In addition, despite the impact of the new crown epidemic, domestic Model 3 sales in 2020 will still reach 137,459 vehicles.

At the beginning of 2020, the domestic Tesla Model 3 officially began to be delivered to the country. With several rounds of market stimulus policies, the sales of this model exceeded 3,000 units in January to 10,000 units in March, and then to November and December. It has continuously exceeded 20,000 vehicles and has maintained a high growth momentum. Among them, the Model 3, which is an upgraded version of the standard battery life, has been playing a major role in the sales of this model at a more aggressive price.

2021 is still a big year for Tesla. With the introduction of vaccines and the revitalization of the economy, Tesla’s “number one weapon” in China, the domestically produced Model Y and Model 3, is expected to continue to expand its market share in China.
