Smart Band itself is not high in price and small in size, so it has become the central product of intelligent wear. Lexin focuses on medical and health electronic products and medical health platform technology. Happy heart Band 5S is upgraded from last year’s happy heart Band 5. How different will it be?

SOC: nrf52840 Low Power Bluetooth 5.0 chip
Screen: 0.96 inch TFT screen 160×80
Battery: 80mah
Features: IP68 waterproof, USB direct charging, 30 days of service life, heart rate monitoring
Dismantling
The Band is fixed by waterproof adhesive strips around, and the screen can be pried off by heating with hot air gun. The screen is connected with the motherboard through BTB interface, and there is waterproof glue around the screen.
The two shrapnel on the motherboard are connected with the antenna on the screen.
The inner support is fixed in the rear shell by a clip. The heart rate sensor, USB charging head and battery are connected through ZIF interface and the main board is welded with internal wires. The external lead of the battery is pasted with yellow insulating tape.
The internal support is fixed with the main board through a snap, and the battery and the motherboard are fixed by double-sided adhesive tape. There is an FPC antenna on the side of the main board, and the vibrator is directly welded to the main board.
The main IC on the front of the motherboard includes low-power Bluetooth 5.0 chip, sliding touch chip and 6-axis acceleration gyroscope. The marking diagram is as follows:
1: Nordic nrf52840 Low Power Bluetooth 5.0 chip
2: Azoteq IQs sliding touch chip
3: Stmicroelectronics-6-axis acceleration gyroscope
Finally, the heart rate sensor soft board is fixed on the back cover by double-sided adhesive tape.
After being disassembled, the whole Band is fixed by glue and clasp instead of screws. The heart rate sensor is upgraded compared with the previous generation, and the latest scheme of silicon labs company is used. There are few internal parts and less IC in the 5S. Please check the logic, memory, PM, RF, audio and MEMS chips used on the motherboard!
