At the same time, Huang Wang, the company’s founder, chairman and CEO, announced the establishment of the Huami Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. Among them, Huami Technology has launched a new human activity pattern AI recognition engine ExerSense ™ in view of the current dilemma of smart wearable devices that are not intelligent enough for motion pattern recognition.
Exercise monitoring is one of the core functions of wearable devices , but nowadays almost all smart watches on the market require users to manually set the corresponding exercise mode before exercise to achieve accurate exercise and heart rate data monitoring and analysis. In view of the close cooperative relationship between Huami and Xiaomi, Xiaomi Mi Band is also likely to be equipped with the ExerSense ™ developed by Huami to further enhance the user’s sports experience and make the recognition of sports patterns more intelligent.
